Часто задаваемые вопросы
Q1: What does the MNIO-21A board do?
A: MNIO stands for Main Input Output Board. It collects the shaft switch, door, safety chain and car status signals and passes them to the MNCU main control board. The board sits in the control panel and is one of the first parts to check when a lift reports false faults.
Q2: What is the difference between MNIO-21A, MNIO-2A and MNIO-31A?
A: They are versions of the same MNIO family. TKE documentation lists the 21A and 31A versions for lifts fitted with an automatic rescue device. Please read the marking on your old board before ordering, because the versions are not interchangeable without checking.
Q3: What does Rev.4 mean on this board?
A: Rev.4 is the board revision printed next to the part number 4J2M0030. Different revisions can differ in layout or components even when the model number is the same. Please send a photo of the label so we can confirm the revision you need.
Q4: Can I fit a new board without moving the memory chips?
A: On TKE Dongyang boards the program data is held in EEPROM chips on the board. When a board is replaced, the chips are usually moved from the old board to the new one, and the lift is then re-learned. Please follow the TKE procedure for your panel and confirm this with your engineer.
Q5: How can I confirm this board matches my lift?
A: Compare the model number, the 4J2M0030 number and the revision on the label with your old board. The lift model and the panel photos also help us confirm the correct version. If the label is damaged, please send us the panel photo and the lift model.
Q6: Do you supply other TKE Dongyang control boards?
A: Yes, we supply the MNCU, DMCU, CCU, LSIF, CDU and MNIO boards of the DY20 and DY30 systems. Please send us the model number or a photo of the part you need, and our team will confirm availability and the correct match.
