الأسئلة الشائعة
Q1: What does the PBCM board do in an Orona lift?
ج: It is the base board of the control cabinet, not the CPU board. The cabinet inputs and outputs run through it: the safety chain, the door contacts, the drive fault signal and the landing remote line. The CPU board carries the software and the parameters; the PBCM is the board it works through.
Q2: Is 5124501 the same as 5124501-1, and is it V2 or V3?
ج: 5124501 is the Orona part number for the ARCA 3 base board, and 5124501-1 is the same number with a revision index. The market quotes this number both as PBCM-V2 and as PBCM-V3, so the version is not settled by the number alone. Please photograph the marking on your old board; we check the version against it before shipping.
Q3: Can I fit the ARCA 2 or ARCA 1 board instead?
ج: No, each ARCA generation has its own base board. The ARCA 1 board is 5124030 and the ARCA 2 board is 5124336, with a second ARCA 2 board quoted as 5124423. They look similar but belong to different panels, so the generation has to be confirmed from the cabinet, not from the board shape.
Q4: How can I find the fault without the Orona test tool?
ج: In the ARCA and Basic ARCA panels the PBCM carries the status LEDs, and they can be read without any tool. The red LED shows that 220 V reaches the manoeuvre panel, D69 and D70 show that the board is powered, and P32, P35 and P36 show the safety chain and the door contacts. AV on means no blocking fault is stored; if the lift is standing with FS and AV lit, it has entered a special mode such as inspection, ERO or fire service.
Q5: How do I tell whether a landing remote station is causing the fault?
ج: In the ARCA and Basic ARCA panels the landing remote line is plug J10 on the PBCM. Unplug J10 and put the lift on normal; if it starts taking car calls, the fault is in the landing circuit. Then reconnect the stations one by one until the lift stops again, which identifies the faulty board.
Q6: Which Orona systems use this base board, and what else fits with it?
ج: It is the base board of the ARCA 3 control system used on Orona lifts of that generation. In the same cabinet you will normally find the CPU board, and on the car roof the PDCC car distribution board. Please send the cabinet photo and the board label, and we will confirm the generation and the matching boards for you.
