よくある質問
Q1: What does this landing board do?
A: It is the landing operating panel board, the board that sits behind the hall buttons on each floor. TKE builds this part of the system in a decentralized way: the board integrates the push buttons and the direction arrows itself and carries its own microprocessor. It registers the call on that floor and reports it to the controller over the floor bus, so one board serves one landing rather than one board serving the whole building.
Q2: Is this the cabin board or a landing board?
A: It is a landing board, mounted in the hall call panel on the floor. The car side uses a different board, the UCC2, with a different connector set and a different function. Mixing the two is a common ordering mistake, so check the mounting position before you compare numbers.
Q3: What do the numbers on the label mean?
A: The label carries four separate pieces of information, and all four matter. UCP-BPP is the board designation and V1.14 is its version; 2666.37 is the drawing number; MOD (111121) is the variant code; UCP+ CMC4+ names the controller family the board belongs to. Quote them all when you ask for a price, because the same board designation exists in several versions.
Q4: Can I fit a board with a different MOD code?
A: Not safely in every installation. The same drawing appears with different MOD codes, and neighbouring drawings carry other variants: 2666.37 is also seen as MOD (222232), and 2666.34 is offered as the BPP+ board for CMC4+. Different MOD versions are not interchangeable in all systems, so match the code printed on the board you take out rather than the drawing number alone.
Q5: How many boards do we need for one lift?
A: One per landing, because each floor panel carries its own board. Count the floors served, then note whether each panel has both up and down arrows or a single button, as the two configurations use different panels. For a group of lifts, each lift has its own set of landing panels.
Q6: What do you need from me before dispatch?
A: A clear photo of the label showing the designation, the MOD code and the order number, plus a photo of the connectors on the back. Tell us the floor count and the controller type on the cabinet nameplate. The board is supplied on its own; the button inserts, the panel plate and the ribbon cables are separate items.
