Other LCB-II versions of the same board, and the boards that work with it.
LCB-II versions:
- GCA21240D1 — same 21240 base
- GDA21240D1 — same 21240 base
- GGA21240D1 — same 21240 base
- GFA21240D2 — later suffix
Boards of the same controller:
- OVF20 — drive unit the LCB-II commands
- TCBC — flat controller board, LCB-II built in
- RCB-II 21270 — relay interface board
Potensi supplies the Otis elevator main board LCB-II GFA21240D1, the Otis elevator control board and the Otis elevator PCB board variants around it. The models above are only a part of what we can supply. We stock and source a much wider range of related and alternative models. If your model number is not listed here, please send us the model number or a photo of the original part, and we will confirm availability and the correct match for you.

よくある質問
Q1: What does the LCB-II board actually do?
A: It is the main control board of the controller, not an add-on card. It collects the car and landing calls, reads the safety chain and the door signals, and then commands the drive unit, the brake and the door operator in the right sequence. It also keeps the fault log, which is why the service tool reads faults from this board and not from the drive.
Q2: Is GFA21240D1 the same board as GGA21240D1 or GDA21240D1?
A: They all sit on the same 21240 base, and Otis lists the LCB-II under the GCA, GDA, GFA and GGA prefixes with D1, D2 and D3 suffixes. The prefix and the suffix mark different board versions and configurations rather than different functions. Order by the full number printed on the PCB, and send a photo of the label side if it is hard to read.
Q3: Is LCB-II the same as LCB or LCB-I?
A: No, it is the later board. A published upgrade procedure covers replacing the LCB-I with the LCB-II on ADV210-DP equipment while keeping the ACP board. That does not make it a straight swap everywhere, because the connectors and the wiring differ between the two generations. If your unit still runs an LCB-I, send us the cabinet photos and we will confirm what the change involves.
Q4: Can a TCBC board be used instead?
A: TCBC is a different board. It puts the LCB-II and other control modules on one PCB for the flat controller series used on Gen2 machine room-less equipment. That makes it a board for a different controller layout, not a substitute for an LCB-II in an MCS 220 cabinet. Fit the board the cabinet was built around.
Q5: Does a replacement board need programming?
A: Plan for it. The LCB-II carries the lift parameters and the fault memory, so a board out of the box is not a finished controller. Check the parameter list for the installation and confirm the software version the site runs before you power up. Send us the number on the old board and we will confirm the version we supply against it.
Q6: Which Otis equipment uses it, and is it still available?
A: It is the board of the MCS 220 and MCS 220M controller family, and it also appears on Xizi Otis machines. Distributors now list the LCB-II as discontinued or as limited stock, so supply comes from what is still on shelves. Tell us the controller type and the board number and we will confirm what we can ship.
