Preguntas frecuentes

Q1: What is the EBM-01 button used for?

R: It is a push button for elevator panels. It works as a floor command button on the car operating panel, and the same button type is used as a call button on the landing panel. The legend on the cap tells you which function it has.

Q2: Is EBM-01 a brand or a button model?

R: EBM-01 is the button model, and Eclipse is the lift and fixture brand it is used on. Eclipse is a Korean lift line, and these buttons are also sold for SONGSAN elevators. Please quote both the model and the lift brand when you ask for a price.

Q3: What does the button look like?

R: It is a rectangular button with a braille legend and red illumination. The cap carries the floor number or an arrow, depending on where the button is fitted. Please check the shape and the legend on your old button before ordering.

Q4: Does the same button fit the car panel and the landing panel?

R: Yes, the EBM-01 type is used in both places. The difference is the legend: floor numbers on the car panel, and ARROW UP or ARROW DOWN on the landing panel. Please tell us the legend you need when you order.

Q5: How can I confirm this is the right button for my lift?

R: Compare the shape of the button, the legend and the connector with your original part. A photo of the front, the back and the connector helps us confirm the correct version. If the marking is not readable, please send us the lift brand and the panel photo.

Q6: Do you supply other Eclipse and Korean elevator buttons?

R: Yes, we supply the EBR-01, EBS-01 and EAR-01 buttons of the same family, along with other Korean lift buttons and panels. Please send us the model number or a photo of the part you need, and our team will confirm availability and the correct match.
