Q1: What is the Mikronik SX-PLUS lift controller board used for?

R: It is the main controller board of the Mikronik SX-PLUS lift controller, and it is fitted inside the lift control panel. It carries the LCD and the 7-segment display, the four menu buttons, the relay outputs and the encoder terminals, so the technician can read the position, set the parameters and trace the faults on the board itself. It is also known as the Mikronik lift controller board, the Mikronik SX Plus main board and the Mikronik lift control PCB.

R: The board is marked mikronik SX-PLUS LIFT CONTROLLER, and it is also written SX PLUS and Mikronik SX-PLUS. The board and the lift controller are made by Mik-el Elektronik of Istanbul, and the boards carry the mik-el mark as well. The same product family is also called the Mikronik lift controller, the Mikronik lift control card and the Mikronik control panel board.

Q3: Which lifts is it used on, and what are the main specifications?

R: It is used on rope and hydraulic lifts that run the Mikronik SX-PLUS control system. The system operates up to 24 stops in all types of control, and it works up to 1,60 m/s with a VVVF speed control device. Communication with the LOPs and the COPs is over a CAN Bus, with automatic addressing of the LOPs, and the floor position, the stopping distance and the level correction zone can be set with only one magnetic switch. It conforms to EN81-1, EN81-2 and A3.

R: The board carries a version marking and a date code on its label, for example SXPV2.10.9-22.11 with the date code 2018-9. Different versions of the same board are not interchangeable in every installation. Please compare the version marking and the date code on your original board before ordering, and send us a photo of the label if you are not sure.

R: The board carries the 220V supply terminals, the K0 to K9 terminals, the M, N, T, U, A and B terminals, the 1, 2, 3 and 4 terminals, the 1001 to 1003 terminals, and the 10A, 120, 130, 140 and 10B terminals. It also carries seven relays marked K1 to K7, the +12V, -12V and +5V outputs, the SHL terminal and the encoder terminals marked A+, A-, B+, B-, C+, C-, D+ and D-. The connectors SV1, SV2, J1 and J2 are also on the board.
