Mac Puarsa 3VFMAC-DSP<\/strong> is a high-performance elevator inverter board (elevator PCB) designed as the next-generation replacement for older 3VF drives. It utilizes a 32-bit DSP processor with 6 ns instruction times for ultra-fast vector control, enabling precise torque and speed regulation. The board supports both asynchronous (induction) and synchronous (permanent-magnet) motors, and is factory-programmed for direct vector control (direct parameterization of motor electrical constants) to optimize performance.
\nThe DSP architecture and space-vector PWM permit higher switching frequencies (up to 20\u202fkHz), reducing motor noise so it can be used in machine-room-less (MRL) elevators with silent operation.
\nThe board provides extremely precise leveling: by exact motion control, the car can stop without overshoot at landing doors, even without an extra position encoder (levelling is done by time or by a virtual feedback calculation). The controller can even estimate car load to prevent \u201croll-back\u201d at standstill and to speed direct-to-floor dispatch (eliminating the need for separate load-weighing switches). Because of its DSP control, the drive maintains rated performance regardless of supply voltage fluctuations (voltage-adaptive power).<\/p>\n

It can replace or work alongside a wide range of Mac Puarsa elevator control modules, including the F-series and DSP-series drives (e.g., F3VF, F5\/F5\u2011DSP, F10, 3VF-DSP, DSP-UK, DSP-PM), as well as 3VF\/3VFMAC family drives (3VFMAC-DCP-6P, 3VF-NXP, 3VF9621-1BG10, etc.).
